About this role
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a professional qualification in Estates Management(or equivalent experience) and ideally is NEBOSH/IOSH qualified.Brings proven management experience, including leading teams and overseeing complex budgets.Is an expert in contract management, health and safety, and project delivery.Is a collaborative communicator capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders and sharing our values of continuous improvement.Possesses a full UK driving licence
