About this role
We are seeking an
experienced and confident member of pastoral staff to lead and manage our
Refocus provision at Aldersley, a high-impact, short-term provision designed to
help students to make effective choices in their behaviour and reintegrate back
into school successfully. The provision is located on site, in our Success
Centre adjacent to the main buildings, and allows for withdrawal for students
in order to provide focused intervention and high-impact catch-up provision to
all
