De Warenne Academy are looking to appoint a Reflection Manager to join our academy in September 2026 on a part time, permanent basis.

Your new role
Under the direction of senior staff, as the Reflections Manager you will co-ordinate the support provision for students who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and developing their potential by raising their standards of behaviour for learning.
Salary: Grade F Points 14 - 19 (£29,540 - £32,061 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £15,121.29.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week / Term Time only (38 weeks)
