About the role As our Recruitment & Compliance Advisor, you will play a key role in ensureing that recruitment, onboarding and employment compliance activities across the Portland Charity Group are carried out to the highest standard. You will lead on Safer Recruitment practifces; suppport managers with expert advice and guidance; oversee sponsorship and right to work compliance; and ensure our records and systems remain accurate, complaint, and audit ready. Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organisation, you will help us to continually improve our recruitment processes and candidate experience while ensuring compliance with statutory guidance, employment legislation and regulatory requirements. About You We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and passionate about doing things the right way. You will have experience of: Managing or coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes. Working in a role where compliance, accuracy and record keeping are essential. Supporting managers with advice and guidance. Coordinating pre-employment checks within a regulated environment. Conducting audits and maintaining recruitment or HR records.
