Recruitment Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused Recruitment Administrator to support the delivery of recruitment services across our expanding Group. Acting as a key member of the team, you will play an important role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates, hiring managers, and schools throughout the recruitment journey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager, coordinating recruitment activities, supporting onboarding processes, maintaining compliance standards, and helping to ensure our schools attract the very best people.
