Receptionist

We are looking for an organised and detail orientated individual to join the team at Malet Lambert School as a Receptionist who will ensure the smooth running of the reception area by welcoming visitors both in person and on the telephone. To answer or refer enquiries. To safeguard staff and pupils by following school procedures in relation to DBS checks and providing the relevant visitor badges. To ensure administration tasks are completed to an appropriate standard for our School. The working hours are from 8:00am to 4:30pm (3 days) (days to be discussed at interview) during the school term. You will also be paid for an additional 47 hours per year, which enables you to attend team meetings and training and development that sits outside your normal working hours. Your actual salary will be £13,875.60 per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month.
