A working knowledge of the National Curriculum and its associated assessment methods
An understanding of the relevant national strategies / frameworks
Ability to raise achievement and attainment for all pupils
Ability to deliver well planned and stimulating lessons across the curriculum
The ability to assess need, plan and support children
The ability to implement programmes of support for children with whom you are working
The ability to organise and effectively manage a personal workload, prioritizing duties
