Inspectors found that adults are precise in identifying pupils who need help with their reading, with clear systems in place to identify and target pupils' specific reading needs, and that leaders make sure staff are well trained to provide the right support. We are seeking a skilled and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Reading) to cover maternity leave from January 2027, supporting pupils who need help to develop their reading skill and confidence.Whilst this is a central role, it is primarily based at Notley High School.
