Job Title: Raising Achievement Mentor (Humanities) Location: Caister Academy, Caister-on-Sea, Norfolk Salary: Scale D, points 5-6 £25,583 - £25,989 (FTE), actual £20,518 - £20,843 Start Date: 1st September 2026 Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: 34.5 hours, 39 weeks. 08:20 - 16:00, Mon - Thurs, 08:20 - 15:30 Friday Application Closing Date: 29th June 2026 Interview Date: 3rd July 2026 About You: Caister Academy are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting student success and inclusion, particularly for those with SEND. You build strong, respectful relationships and work well with students, staff, and families, promoting confidence, independence, and high expectations in everything you do. Organised and adaptable, you’re comfortable balancing classroom support, interventions, and administrative tasks. You stay calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and take initiative to improve outcomes for students. Above all, you are committed to student wellbeing and achievement, playing an active role in creating a positive and inclusive culture at Caister Academy.
