*Salary includes a ‘market rate supplement’ for candidates recruited from a specialist or shortage skills area. The basic salary is up to £43,578 per annum
(37 hours per week/52 weeks per year)

We are excited to announce that an opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and skilled Quality of Education Lead, to join our committed Quality of Education Team
You will be instrumental in driving and raising standards in The Quality of Education across the college, enabling the college to achieve its aim of providing a consistently excellent experience for all students and apprentices. Working as part of the teacher development team, you will play an active role in the development of a learner focused innovative college which meets the requirements of learners, apprentices, employers and funding bodies. Your teaching commitment will be within your vocational specialism or in Teacher development, to ensure that you have the opportunity to continue to excel in your teaching practice.
You will join a team who are passionate and enthusiastic about supporting their colleagues to realise their full potential and become excellent practitioners. You will be an excellent role model, committed to improving college standards, and capable of leading, inspiring and enabling others to achieve the highest standards in their own practice.
The role will involve close working with a range of College departments and external partners, and the successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, have a positive team building energy and be able to work independently.
