Working as part of the teacher development team, you will play an active role in the development of a learner focused innovative college which meets the requirements of learners, apprentices, employers and funding bodies. Your teaching commitment will be within your vocational specialism or in Teacher development, to ensure that you have the opportunity to continue to excel in your teaching practice.
