We are seeking a dedicated Pupil Support Worker / Teaching Assistant to join our specialist education team. You will play a vital role in supporting students—many with autism and complex needs—to access learning, develop independence, and achieve their full potential. What you'll be doing Support the class teacher/tutor in delivering high‑quality, engaging learning experiences for all students. Provide tailored 1:1 and small‑group support to help students access the curriculum as independently as possible. Assist in creating a structured, stimulating classroom environment suited to students with autism and complex needs. Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of individual plans, including IEPs, BSPs, risk assessments, and communication profiles. Prepare and produce learning materials and resources as directed by the class teacher/tutor. Support students during on‑site and off‑site activities, ensuring safety through effective planning and risk assessment. Work collaboratively as part of a multi‑professional team, maintaining strong communication with education, care, and therapy staff. Promote students’ physical, emotional, social, and moral development in line with organisational values. What you will bring GCSE's Grade 4/C or above required Compass
