About this role
At Octavia House Schools, we have a passionate team delivering high quality trauma-centred therapeutic education, supporting and building relationships with pupils who have adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and complex social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, as well as other associated special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Octavia House Schools have been leading the way in therapeutic education since 2012. Recent Independent School Inspectorate's routine and material change inspections of our London and Essex schools were successful and highlighted a rare significant strength. This is in addition to our previous Outstanding Ofsted reports which demonstrate the strength of our provision across all sites and the success of our specialist therapeutic approach.
As our organisation continues to grow, we are looking for an organised and proactive Project & Leadership Team Coordinator to join our Head Office team from September 2026 (or sooner!). This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting our Leadership Team, helping to coordinate strategic projects, new school openings and organisation-wide initiatives that directly contribute to the continued growth of Octavia House Schools.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide high-level administrative, operational and project management support to the Leadership Team, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated and projects remain on track. You will analyse business information, monitor progress, identify risks and support informed decision-making across a wide range of strategic initiatives. You'll combine exceptional organisational skills with project coordination, analytical thinking and executive support to help drive operational excellence across our growing schools.
