An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and innovative Progression Coach/Learner engagement officer to join the Empowering Futures team at the Chesterfield College Group.
At Empowering Futures, we are committed to reducing non-employment rates and increasing opportunities for young people by matching them with suitable employers through our dedicated recruitment services. This role is central to connecting individuals with meaningful work experiences, including internships, apprenticeships, and job fairs. You will play an active part in identifying challenges young people face in securing employment, supporting them with tailored training opportunities, and helping them overcome barriers to achieve positive outcomes.
