We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Principal to lead a thriving and ambitious international school delivering the Cambridge International Curriculum. The Role The Principal will provide outstanding strategic, academic, and operational leadership across the whole school, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and student wellbeing. Working closely with the Board, the successful candidate will lead the next phase of development, including the strengthening of the Cambridge pathway, preparation for BSO accreditation, and the strategic establishment of a Sixth Form. Key areas of responsibility include: Whole-school strategic leadership and school improvement Full implementation and quality assurance of the Cambridge Pathway (Primary, Lower Secondary, IGCSE, A Level) Oversight of Cambridge Checkpoint, IGCSE and A Level examinations, ensuring full compliance, integrity, and excellence in outcomes Development and launch of a high-quality Sixth Form provision Leadership of Pastoral Care and Safeguarding, ensuring a culture of safety, wellbeing, and inclusion Preparation for and successful achievement of BSO accreditation Recruitment, development, and performance management of staff Data-informed school improvement using robust systems (e.g. iSAMS or equivalent) External representation of the school with Cambridge International, accreditation bodies, and global partners The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a proven senior leader with: Significant leadership experience within international or British-curriculum schools Strong expertise in the Cambridge International Curriculum Demonstrable experience in leading examinations (Checkpoint, IGCSE, A Level) A track record of successful school improvement and/or inspection readiness (BSO, COBIS, C
