The IEA TAFE principal/manager position requires individuals who have: • Experienced in managing vocational and educational training (VET) • Excellent knowledge of ASQA and AQF standards, with experience in rectification of non-compliance, and development, maintenance, and review of VET policies and procedures. • The capacity to provide educational leadership and manage change at the highest level. • A proven ability to identify growth opportunities and build strategic partnerships with industry. • A sound understanding of current global trends in vocational and higher education. • Lead alignment and relationship-building activities to strengthen collaboration, trust, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. • Demonstrated experience in financial and resource planning and management. • A proficiency in managing the development and performanc
