Salary: L25 - L30 (£93,424 - £105,595).

We are seeking an exceptional Principal / Head of School to work alongside the Executive Head Teacher to provide strategic leadership, uphold and develop the school’s ethos, and drive continuous improvement. The successful candidate will establish effective systems and policies, identify and address barriers to success, and ensure the delivery of high-quality education aligned with the College’s vision: “To act justly, to love with mercy and to walk humbly with our God.”
