About the Role
Inspiring Learning. Transforming Lives.
Are you a passionate, reflective and child‑centred primary teacher who believes every learner deserves to thrive? Do you value neuro‑affirming, trauma‑informed practice and want to be part of a school that truly lives its values?
We are seeking an exceptional Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team and play a pivotal role in shaping high‑quality teaching, learning and inclusion for our pupils—many of whom have complex needs, including autism, communication differences and social, emotional or developmental challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver high‑quality, engaging teaching across a range of subjects, ensuring continuity, progression and meaningful learning for all pupils.
Champion inclusive practice and contribute to the ongoing development of our SEN provision, working closely with families, external agencies and our in‑house therapy team.
Model effective teaching strategies and collaborate with Teachers and Teaching Assistants to support pupils with diverse needs.
Create a stimulating, safe and well‑organised learning environment that promotes independence, communication and core life skills.
Use assessment, data and evidence to set ambitious yet achievable targets, monitor progress and drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to whole‑school planning, curriculum development and behaviour approaches that reflect our ethos and priorities.
Build strong, positive relationships with parents/carers and the wider community, ensuring they are active partners in each child’s journey.
