Primary Teacher

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, suitably qualified and inspirational teacher to join our thriving and vibrant prep school which enjoys a strong family ethos and first rate reputation. The vacancy is a full time, temporary post for one year, to commence in August 2026. The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner, able to be registered with GTC Scotland. The candidate will have high expectations of pupils, excellent inter-personal and team-working skills and will have the ability to contribute to the extensive extra-curricular life of our school. At Craigclowan we are passionate about childhood. We are a thriving, co-educational independent day school with a current role of 250 boys and girls aged three to thirteen. We are fortunate to be ideally located in a prominent and well-connected setting to the south of the Fair City of Perth overlooking this beautiful city, the River Tay and the incredible countryside beyond. As one of the largest preparatory schools in Scotland, we have excellent specialist teaching facilities for sport, music and the arts and each academic curriculum area.
