What you’ll do: As a Primary Teacher, you will: Deliver high‑quality, engaging teaching across a range of subjects, ensuring every child experiences success and meaningful progress. Embrace neuro‑affirming, trauma‑informed and relationship‑based approaches to support pupils’ wellbeing and learning. Work closely with therapists, leaders, families and external agencies to create individualised learning pathways and therapeutic education plans. Model effective strategies for colleagues, supporting the development of inclusive practice across the school. Create a safe, stimulating and well‑organised classroom environment that nurtures independence, communication and confidence.
