What You’ll Be Doing Plan and deliver engaging, creative and personalised lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN and ASC. Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom where every pupil feels safe, valued and motivated to learn. Support pupils' academic, emotional, social and personal development, helping them build confidence and independence. Adapt teaching approaches and learning activities to maximise engagement, progress and achievement. Monitor, assess and celebrate pupil progress, using assessment to inform future learning.
