The role: As an Experienced Primary SEN Lead Teacher (KS1 and KS2), you will deliver high‑quality, specialist teaching and learning for pupils with Special Educational Needs, including Autism and associated needs. Working within a small specialist primary hub, you will support pupils across two classes, providing a structured, nurturing, and inclusive environment that promotes communication, engagement, and emotional wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with a team of Teaching Assistants to support all aspects of learning, including academic progress, communication development, social skills, and emotional regulation. Teaching will be highly personalised, with learning programmes designed around individual EHCP outcomes and pupils' developmental needs.
