Skills and Qualifications:
- No previous teaching experience required; full training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to build trusting relationships with pupils facing social, emotional, or mental health difficulties
- Patience, resilience, and adaptability in challenging situations
- Basic understanding of child development principles preferred but not essential
