We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Primary School Teacher to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young learners' lives without requiring previous teaching experience or adherence to a specific curriculum. Position: Primary School Teacher SEMH Location: Pennine School Todmorden & The Oaks Bradford Position Type: Teacher Education Stage: Primary Skills and Qualifications: - No previous teaching experience required; full training will be provided - Strong communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues - Ability to build trusting relationships with pupils facing social, emotional, or mental health difficulties - Patience, resilience, and adaptability in challenging situations - Basic understanding of child development principles preferred but not essential Values and Attitudes: - Commitment to creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment - Empathy towards the unique needs of each pupil - Positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration within the school community - Dedication to supporting pupils’ personal growth alongside academic progress - Willingness to learn continuously and develop professionally If you are passionate about making a difference in children's lives by supporting their social, emotional, and mental well-being while fostering their educational journey at primary level, we would love to hear from you.
