This is far more than a classroom support role. What you'll be doing Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups across a range of curriculum areas. Help deliver engaging learning activities that meet individual needs and encourage participation. Assist with the implementation of personalised learning programmes, behaviour strategies and intervention plans. Promote pupils' emotional wellbeing, confidence, independence and positive behaviour. Build strong, trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe, supported and ready to learn. Prepare learning resources and classroom materials to support high-quality teaching. Supervise and support pupils during educational visits
