We're looking for a caring, resilient and enthusiastic Primary Pupil Support Worker / Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team and make a lasting difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is far more than a classroom support role. You'll be a trusted adult, a positive role model and an encouraging presence, helping pupils build confidence, develop independence and achieve success both in and beyond the classroom. Working alongside teachers and our wider multidisciplinary team, you'll create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where every child feels valued, supported and inspired to reach their full potential. What you'll be doing Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups across a range of curriculum areas. Help deliver engaging learning activities that meet individual needs and encourage participation. Assist with the implementation of personalised learning programmes, behaviour strategies and intervention plans. Promote pupils' emotional wellbeing, confidence, independence and positive behaviour. Build strong, trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe, supported and ready to learn. Prepare learning resources and classroom materials to support high-quality teaching. Supervise and support pupils during educational visits
