Primary Music and Art Teacher

Job Summary The Art & Music Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality Art and Music education across Years 1–6, while supporting Health and PSHE coverage and contributing to the development of KS3 (Year 7+) programmes. The role promotes creativity, performance, wellbeing, and the 4Cs (Communication, Collaboration, Creativity, Critical Thinking) through a cross-curricular and inclusive approach. Key Responsibilities 1. Teaching & Curriculum Delivery Plan and deliver Primary Art and Music lessons aligned with the British Curriculum. Teach a range of skills: Art: drawing, painting, mixed media, design, cultural art Music: singing, rhythm, instruments, performance, appreciation Integrate PSHE/Health topics (wellbeing, lifestyle, personal development) where required for timetable coverage. Assist in developing KS3 creative arts provision (Year 7 expansion). Please see attached Job Description
