About this role
Lead SEND provision across the primary phase by identifying and supporting pupils with additional needs. Work with staff, parents and external agencies to ensure inclusive teaching, effective interventions, EHCP compliance and pupil progress. Monitor wellbeing, attendance and outcomes while contributing to school improvement, safeguarding, transitions and statutory SEND responsibilities.
