At Belmont Primary School, we're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Instructor to join our specialist team. This is an exciting opportunity to support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, delivering engaging learning experiences that build confidence, resilience and a lifelong love of learning. Working closely with our Executive Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and wider multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where every child feels valued, supported and able to succeed. Whether you're already working in specialist education or looking to develop your career within an SEMH setting, we'll provide the support and professional development to help you thrive. What you'll be doing Plan and deliver engaging, creative and differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of every pupil. Adapt learning activities and schemes of work to maximise engagement, confidence and progress. Inspire pupils through high-quality teaching that develops both academic achievement and personal growth. Build positive, trusting relationships that help children overcome barriers to learning. Create a calm, safe and nurturing classroom where pupils feel motivated to achieve. Assess, monitor and celebrate pupil progress, using assessment to inform future learning.
