The Executive Headteacher is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Aspiring Instructor to join our thriving SEMH school. Working closely with our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality learning experiences that inspire, motivate and support our pupils to achieve their full potential. What you'll be doing Deliver well‑structured, engaging lessons by adapting schemes of work to meet pupil needs. Manage classes effectively using approaches that motivate and support pupils with SEMH needs. Assess learning accurately and use this to inform teaching. Work closely with pupils experiencing social, emotional and mental health challenges, helping them overcome barriers to learning. Maintain a safe, positive and productive learning environment through effective behaviour management. Collaborate with colleagues across the school to ensure every pupil receives the support they need. What you will bring GCSE's Grade 4/C above or equivalent in English and Maths Have experience within an SEMH/SEN specialist provision or are currently working in a mainstream or college setting.
