Primary Teacher of German as a First and/or Second Language
St. George’s School seeks a well-qualified professional to teach in our flourishing primary department, to start in January 2027.
The School
Serving the international community in Cologne for over 40 years, with the pupils studying for the double combined award as part of the IB Diploma (or IB Careers Programme) St. George’s School combines an enriching curriculum with family orientated care.
The school has grown from small beginnings into a thriving community of over 800 pupils, aged from 2-18 and representing more than 70 nationalities.
The National Curriculum is taught throughout the school, and we offer the IB Diploma and IB Careers Programme in our Sixth form.

The Role
We are seeking to appoint a qualified German Teacher to teach German at native level within our team of primary teachers.
The successful applicant will be a dynamic teacher with experience of enabling pupils to achieve their potential. We are looking for the right balance between experience, enthusiasm and a passion for teaching that will inspire our pupils.
