We are seeking EAL Teachers to join our team from August 2026. The EAL teacher reports to the Heads of Phase and the EAL Coordinator and will be expected to engage in a full timetable.

EAL Overview:
The English as an Additional Language (EAL) program at Garden International School, Bangkok is designed to provide individualised support to non-native English speakers and students who may benefit from additional assistance in developing their English language skills. The EAL team collaborates closely with class teachers, ensuring continuity of learning in our multilingual international environment. Both EAL and class teachers monitor the progress of students, enabling us to concentrate on individual needs and strengths when developing their learning programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Heads of Phase and the EAL Coordinator in implementing the EAL policy.
Work alongside the EAL Coordinator and class teachers to identify and support children who may be identified as needing EAL support.
Collaborate with class teachers in planning suitable learning activities for EAL groups and individuals which link to the current topics of learning.
Duties:
Small group and 1 to 1 EAL teaching
Support in-class for EAL students of a range of ages (Primary)
Organising and planning lesson content for a range of ages (Primary and Secondary)
