About this RoleWren Academy Finchley opened in September 2008 as a new school sponsored by the London Diocese of the Church of England and Berkhamsted School. It takes its name from Sir Christopher Wren, the famous polymath, with the intent to inspire students to be curious and explore a wide range of academic disciplines.
