• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the American curriculum standards, ensuring the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of students.
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate and explore.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents, and implementing individualized strategies to support diverse learning needs.
• Foster a collaborative and respectful classroom culture that promotes inclusivity and positive behavior.
• Actively participate in professional development, staff meetings, and collaborative planning sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices into lessons to enhance learning outcomes.
• Support extracurricular activities and contribute to school events as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant field (required).
• Teaching certification/qualification, preferably with a focus on primary education.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting, ideally within the American curriculum.
• Proven ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; native level or near-native level English speaker preferred
