Preparation for Adulthood Instructor
Required for September 2026 or as soon as possible afterwards.
We are looking for a Preparation for Adulthood Instructor, to promote vocational pathways and use ASDAN to engage students requiring an alternative offer in KS4
The successful candidate will be efficient and organised, have strong interpersonal skills, an ability to work under own initiative, and proven experience of differentiating according to student’s individual needs, supporting them to achieve their potential.
Working Hours:
This appointment is for 13 hours per week, Monday and Tuesday, Term Time plus 1 week.
Hours: 8:25 am – 3:25 pm
Salary:
Salary is paid at Grade 9, NJC SCP points 24 - 28,
actual salary is £10,657 - £11,782 per annum (FTE £35,412 - £39152)).
