What you'll be doing Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils. Plan, prepare and assess learning to ensure excellent pupil progress and achievement. Promote a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment that supports pupil wellbeing. Monitor, record and report on pupils’ academic, personal and social development. Provide pastoral support as a Form Tutor, fostering positive relationships with pupils and families. Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum content, teaching strategies and school initiatives. Communicate effectively with parents, carers and external agencies to support pupil success. Contribute to the school’s vibrant extra-curricular programme and wider school community.
