At Undershaw, an Ofsted Outstanding specialist provision, we are seeking a Post 16 Job Coach and Teaching Assistant with Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead responsibility, to join our warm, reflective and ambitious team. You will work closely with our Head of Employability and Post 16 Teacher, supporting students across classroom learning, pastoral development, and real workplace experiences. Our Post 16 learners have mild to moderate learning difficulties alongside needs such as ASC, hemiplegia and medical vulnerabilities. In our calm and nurturing environment, students access Functional Skills, Level 3 NOCN vocational learning, the HPQ or EPQ and a rich programme of independence and employability education.
