Physics Teacher

This position involves teaching Physics at the High/Secondary School level following the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) curriculum. Position: Physics Teacher Department: Science Education Stage: High/Secondary School Curriculum: IB MYP Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Physics or related field Minimum Experience: 7 years Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons aligned with the IB MYP curriculum. - Develop lesson plans that foster critical thinking and scientific inquiry. - Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback. - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning experiences. - Participate actively in school events, professional development, and departmental meetings. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Physics or a closely related discipline. - Minimum of 7 years teaching experience at the secondary/high school level. - Strong knowledge of the IB MYP framework and assessment criteria. - Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and staff. - Ability to create a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
