PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER

Important : this position is not open to sponsorship - you must already have the right to work in the United Kingdom The Lycée Français Charles De Gaulle in London is seeking an experienced Physical Education teacher on a local contract: Location: South Kensington Weekly hours: Part-time – 12/19th (63.2%) Contract: Fixed-term contract from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027 Gross annual salary: Starting from £40,297.32 for a qualified teacher (the salary indicated is for a full-time position) Candidates should meet the following profile: A UK teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS), CAPEPS / CAFEP / Agrégation in Physical Education, or any other equivalent qualification in the subject area. Relevant teaching experience at secondary school level (collège and lycée) in France and/or within the AEFE network (French schools abroad) is preferred. A very good knowledge of the French curriculum is required A working knowledge of French would be appreciated. Ability to work well in a team, demonstrate enthusiasm and motivation, and actively contribute to the life of the department.
