Physical Education/Sports Teacher Job Description Him Lam International School Bac Ninh is searching for a dedicated and experienced Whole School PE/Sports teacher to join our team. As a PE/Sport teacher, you will be required to deliver lessons that develop students' theoretical and applied sports skills. You will also be responsible for assigning homework, grading assignments and quizzes, and documenting students' progress. To improve the quality of learning outcomes for students by providing teaching and learning ‘best practices’ within the framework of the school’s Mission, Vision, Core Values, Learning Principles and Learner Sphere, Culture, and the appropriate national and international programmes. To be successful as a PE/Sports teacher, you should possess a thorough understanding of effective teaching practices. Our ideal candidate will be able to create a stimulating learning environment that is sensitive to students' psychosocial needs. Duties Plan, organise, and provide instruction that are aligned with the Cambridge curriculum and school standards to meet the varied learning styles, abilities, and needs of students. Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilise a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies to differentiate for the individual student's success. Provide individual and small-group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of students with varying intellectual and sporting abilities, and to accommodate a variety of instructional activities. Guide students in the proper care and use of tools and equipment. Ensure that the general environment at the sports facilities is in keeping with Health and Safety procedures and that the furniture requirements and general environment are kept in good order, reporting any concerns to the person in charge of premises and facilities. Address all aspects of communication through appropriate instruction that develops each student’s knowledge and abilities in appropriate grade levels
