Join our outstanding Music Department as PA to the Director of Choral Music and Music Office Administrator, supporting one of the UK's busiest and most acclaimed school choirs. Renowned for its exceptional work in opera and film recordings, our choir offers a unique and exciting environment for a highly organised, proactive, and dedicated administrator. This fixed-term maternity cover position runs from 9 November 2026 to 2 July 2027 (subject to the postholder's return from maternity leave). The role is central to the successful delivery of an extensive programme of local and international choir performances. Responsibilities include coordinating travel and accommodation, arranging performance licences, ensuring child welfare compliance, managing project budgets, and providing comprehensive administrative support to the Music Office. You will also oversee rehearsal schedules, registrations, departmental databases, and enquiries, while acting as the main point of contact for external hirers using the Music Department during school holidays. This is a varied and rewarding opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of a thriving and internationally recognised music programme.
