Performing Arts Administrator, Prep
Part-Time (0.6 FTE)
Commencing September 2026
We are seeking an organised and proactive Performing Arts Administrator to support the Music and Drama departments at St Paul’s Prep. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and an interest in the performing arts.
You will play a key role in coordinating timetables, supporting concerts and productions, managing communications with staff and parents, and assisting with the launch of a new Speech and Drama programme in September 2026.

Salary: Competitive salary + benefits
Hours: Part‑time (0.6 FTE) based on a full‑time working week of 37.5 hours. Standard working hours are 8:00am–4:30pm. Some evening and weekend work may be required to support events.
Working Pattern: Tuesday and Thursday as fixed working days, with two additional half‑days — ideally including a Monday half‑day.
