We are currently seeking a dedicated Pathway Support Lead (Lead Learning Support Assistant) to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting students with additional needs, helping them achieve their full potential through tailored guidance and assistance.
Position: Pathway Support Lead (Lead LSA)

Minimum Experience: 1 year
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar educational support role
- Strong understanding of special educational needs (SEN) and effective strategies for student support
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies
- Ability to lead and motivate other LSAs within the pathway team
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail when managing student records and planning interventions
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and reporting purposes
