About this role

Chipping Campden School Pastoral Year Lead (Main School) Hours: 40 hours per week Grade/Salary: 7, points 21 -25: £33,143 - £36,363 p.a. FTE £29,959 - £32,870 p.a. (actual pro-rata annual salary range) Start date: 1st September 2026 Contract: Full time, Permanent, 38 weeks (Term Time) inclusive of INSET This vacancy offers a great opportunity to join our hard working, committed and enthusiastic main school Pastoral team in a high-performing, visionary and highly ambitious secondary school. The Pastoral Year Lead (PYL) works closely with a teaching Pastoral Director of Learning who is responsible for one of the main school Phases; Lower, Middle and Upper School. Each PYL works with a student year group between years 7 and 11 and moves with them through each year.
