Job Title: Pastoral Tutor Job Reference: 028/24-25 Hours/Contract: Full time (35 hours per week), Term Time Only (0.84FTE), Fixed term until 31st August 2027 in the first instance. Salary: SFCA Support Staff Salary Scale point 11 – 14 (£28,634 - £31,324 per annum pro rata - actual salary £24,064 to £26,325 per annum). Start date: 24th August 2026. Closing date: 12 noon, Friday 29th May 2026. About the role: This ‘outstanding’ Sixth Form College, based in Manchester, is looking to appoint a Pastoral Tutor to deliver the College's Pastoral Programme to Year 12 and Year 13 tutor groups. To be a point of contact for students and deal with pastoral issues, or signpost to Pastoral managers or other College services and to monitor student achievement and attendance and highlight any concerns.
