The Role: New City College Rainham Campus is a hands‑on, career‑driven environment where students develop the practical skills and confidence they need to succeed in modern industry. We are now seeking a permanent Pastoral Tutor to join our dedicated team and play a key role in guiding learners throughout their time with us. In this role, you will deliver weekly group tutorials and one‑to‑one sessions that help students set meaningful goals, stay motivated, and overcome personal or academic challenges. Working closely with curriculum and support staff, you will monitor attendance, identify learners who may need additional help, and ensure they receive timely, effective support. Alongside academic guidance, you will contribute to enrichment, promote wellbeing, and help foster the inclusive, respectful, and positive culture that defines Rainham Campus.
