The role: New City College Hackney Campus is a vibrant and ambitious centre of learning where students develop the academic, creative, and personal skills they need for their next steps. We are now seeking a permanent Pastoral Tutor to join our dedicated team and play a central role in supporting students throughout their journey with us. In this role, you will deliver weekly group tutorials and one‑to‑one sessions that help learners set goals, stay motivated, and overcome challenges. Working closely with curriculum and support teams, you will monitor attendance, identify students who may be at risk, and ensure they receive timely and effective support. Alongside academic guidance, you will contribute to enrichment activities, promote wellbeing, and help strengthen the positive, inclusive culture that defines Hackney Campus.
