About this role
To lead the effective day-to-day organisation and deployment of the pastoral and attendance teams so that pupils receive timely, consistent and appropriate support. The post holder will ensure that school systems are implemented accurately, concerns are escalated appropriately and leaders have clear information about behaviour, attendance and pupil welfare.
