As our Pastoral Support Tutor, you will: provide pastoral and academic support to our full-time learners on a 1:1 and group basis, including weekly sessions of the Personal Development Programme. support and motivate our students to achieve their full potential at college, ensuring they have an outstanding and fulfilling experience at college. take an active role in the achievement of high individual student attendance and success rates, meeting or surpassing the relevant targets for each. What you will bring to the role: Experience of delivering learning advice to students in a 1:1 or group situation. Understanding of the study needs of and progression opportunities of 16–18-year-olds. Administrative experience, including the use of Microsoft applications, including creating sessions to be delivered in Personal Development Program. Confident to deliver to a group of students on Personal Development topics on a weekly basis, with engaging activities to support engagement.
