The successful candidate will have:
The ability to be a positive role model for students.
Successful experience of working with secondary aged young people in a school or relevant setting.
Good interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
Experience of working with young people on raising their attainment and an understanding of the “barriers to learning”.
Commitment to working with students from a wide range of ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds.
Good numeracy, literacy and IT skills.
