About this role
Pastoral Support Manager to contribute to the pastoral provision across the whole academy. Working collaboratively with a team of Pastoral Support Managers, Pastoral and Learning Leads, the Leadership Team, Middle Leaders and other members of teaching and support staff, to provide students with the necessary support they need during their school career, thus enabling them to achieve their full potential.
