About this role
The OpportunityWe are looking for an inspiring Pastoral Support Lead to provide outstanding pastoral care to support students from September 2026. This is a key role for the Academy in fulfilling its commitment to develop “the heart” of the school. You will be working with a Head of Year to support the pastoral needs of a year group; constantly driving for excellent attendance, behaviour and safeguarding to ensure every student in the year is supported.
