About this role
Westfield School is looking to appoint a Pastoral Manager. This role will: Take a lead role in providing appropriate pastoral support to students across Westfield School and especially to Y7s (both current Y7s and incoming Y7s as part of transition) Work with other pastoral support and teaching staff in the development and implementation of bespoke support plans to improve attendance, behaviour and engagement in learning Work closely with the Head of Key Stage (Transition) to support the success
